Disappointing experience. I was told my car was ready and to come pick it up, but then ended up waiting for hours before I could actually get it. For a Tesla-approved shop, I expected better coordination than this. If a car is ready for pickup, the customer’s time should be respected. And what really got me: even after keeping me waiting and informing me of the delay, they asked me to leave a good review. The audacity. Gave my Dodge Challenger for repair through Sukoon Insurance. Mr Shoaib Khan was working on the car.  When I told them its not fixed while returning the car, he said we have ordered the parts and I can come later and get it fixed. Later when  I connected him,  he said he left the company and to get in touch with Mr Arslan. When I shared the details with Arslan along with the broken part not fixed. He clearly denied it. Please think 1000 before giving your car for repair to this Garage. Its still not fixed. Not happy with this service at all.
