Disappointing experience. I was told my car was ready and to come pick it up, but then ended up waiting for hours before I could actually get it. For a Tesla-approved shop, I expected better coordination than this. If a car is ready for pickup, the customer’s time should be respected. And what really got me: even after keeping me waiting and informing me of the delay, they asked me to leave a good review. The audacity. Gave my Dodge Challenger for repair through Sukoon Insurance. Mr Shoaib Khan was working on the car.  When I told them its not fixed while returning the car, he said we have ordered the parts and I can come later and get it fixed. Later when  I connected him,  he said he left the company and to get in touch with Mr Arslan. When I shared the details with Arslan along with the broken part not fixed. He clearly denied it.
