Fantastic service done by xpress auto. Highly recommended place to take your car for repairs. Took my Jeep cherokee for a major accident damage and the repairs were carried out flawlessly. The customer service was excellent especially Shervin who kept informed through every step of the way and for being a good service advisor.
Kudos team XA for the excellent service!!

Disappointing experience. I was told my car was ready and to come pick it up, but then ended up waiting for hours before I could actually get it. For a Tesla-approved shop, I expected better coordination than this. If a car is ready for pickup, the customer’s time should be respected. And what really got me: even after keeping me waiting and informing me of the delay, they asked me to leave a good review. The audacity. Hopefully they tighten this up, because the wait today was frustrating and avoidable.
